In addition a tour through the lab of Thales Cryogenics, provided by the Lab Manager Ronnie van Leeuwen, was included in the program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">By considering a lifetime of stress and wear into a short period of time, vibration tests can reveal hidden design weaknesses. We need to be sure that products can cope with the shocks and stresses of their service life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Next to this, where do the actual vibration test profiles originate? Customers, end users or manufacturers who incorporate a component into an assembly, often define vibration test specifications and procedures themselves. These are typically based on experience and knowledge of which design solutions work well and which don\u2019t. Vibration test can provide a more structured approach to understanding failure modes and defects that are caused by vibration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Furthermore it is essential that the shaker system is appropriate for the test \u2013 able to input the necessary vibration types and able to handle the forces generated when testing specific payloads.<\/p>\n<p>All the above topics were covered during this instructive day.<\/p>\n<h2>Celebration 125 years of anniversaries<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Together with all participants we celebrated 125 years of anniversaries. With a special 100<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of Thales Cryogenics and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enmo.eu\/fr\/enmo-celebrates-25th-anniversary\/?splash=true\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>25<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of ENMO<\/strong><\/span><\/a> there was plenty of reasons to celebrate these special milestones together.<\/p>\n<h2>Thank you!<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">ENMO would like to thank Thales Cryogenics for their hospitality and pleasant cooperation. Also a big thank you to m+p international for their contribution about vibration controller systems and the importance of ODS Analysis of headexpanders.
